Eileen Frack named GM of human resources for DTNA

Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) announced the appointment of Eileen Frack to the position of general manager of human resources.

Frack, who formerly served the company as director of executive management development, will succeed David Carson who was appointed president and chief executive officer of Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. Additionally, Frack was named a member of the Daimler Trucks North America’s Operating Committee. Frack’s tenure as general manager, human resources and operating committee appointee are effective beginning August 1, 2015.

Frack started her career with Daimler Trucks North America in 2005 as the director of the Office of Tax Affairs and International Trade Compliance. Frack moved into her current role as Director of Executive Management Development in 2010 where she has been a driving force for the company on leadership and cultural topics.

In addition to her experience with Daimler Trucks North America, Frack brings more than 20 years of additional financial and leadership experience working for other Great Places to Work like NIKE and Kimberly-Clark.

Frack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University and resides in Portland, Ore.
