Morgan Truck Body LLC is adding a new facility is located at 600 East Chestnut St. in Orrville, Ohio, approximately 30 minutes west of Canton.
The company says it will be capable of producing a combination of 4,000 dry freight and refrigerated truck bodies annually, supporting both retail and fleet customers. Morgan expects to employ approximately 140 team members in a facility that will encompass roughly 210,000 square feet of production, office and warehouse space.
When combined with Morgan’s acquisition of Multivans in Bolton, Ontario and the opening of a plant in Plainfield, Connecticut in late 2018, the Orrville plant represents Morgan’s 14th in the U.S. and Canada.
