Decisiv expands SRM ecosystem to new commercial asset types

Decisiv, Inc. is expanding its asset type classification to increase coverage for heavy-duty trucks, and adding medium- and light-duty trucks, trailers, refrigeration units and off-road equipment models to its platform.

Decisiv says it is also developing active analysis capabilities. With the expansion of asset classification, the platform is now working in the background to analyze service event data and discover new asset categories and classifications being used by customers.

Decisiv says it is also introducing several enhancements to its Service Location Search capability, adding that the process of searching for a service location when creating a service request now includes an easier way to find and display preferred locations. Fleets can also filter locations by specific services and service providers can add service lists to their locations by grouping them into categories. With the upgraded Service Location Search feature, a new checkbox panel can be expanded or collapsed so users can view all available filters at once.
