BeyondTrucks, Fleetio partner for integrated transportation management system

With this partnership, the companies say customers can arm dispatchers and fleet managers with real-time information to improve decision making.

BeyondTrucks, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) transportation management system provider, and Fleetio, a fleet maintenance management software provider, announced a new integration partnership. By combining BeyondTrucks Transportation Management System (TMS) with Fleetio’s fleet maintenance management software, the companies say that fleets can now streamline their maintenance process and dispatch data to determine if an asset is in or out of service.

Fleet managers who use both Fleetio and BeyondTrucks can now have their dispatchers verify equipment availability and compatibility based on load or customer requirements, incorporate preventative maintenance schedules into the load planning process and customize driver workflows based on equipment requirements.

One Nexus Group acquires Commercial Truck Training

One Nexus says it can now offer three services rather than two: fleet management training, sales training, and recruitment/hiring support.

One Nexus Group has announced the acquisition of American commercial and fleet dealership training provider Commercial Truck Training.

Founded by Ken Taylor, Commercial Truck Training has been in the business of dealer sales training since 1989. Alongside Taylor, Will Brogan, vice president of operations at Commercial Truck Training, has also joined the One Nexus team.
