Donaldson Co. said it is introducing Donaldson Endurance Plus Coolant filter, a simple, reliable filtration solution that maintains coolant quality in diesel engines.

Donaldson Endurance Plus extended service life coolant filters come equipped with additive replenishment technology and are suited for direct replacement to standard coolant filters in engines without modification or special maintenance, the company said. Designed for standard coolants ethylene glycol and propylene glycol, the replenishing coolant additive technology extends coolant life and protects against corrosion, cavitation erosion, scale deposits and inhibitor drop.

Donaldson Endurance Plus additive technology, using a controlled chemical release process and Synteq filtration media, maintains healthy coolant conditions more effectively than standard cellulose filter media, the company said. With improved coolant maintenance intervals at once a year or 150,000 miles, Donaldson filters with Endurance Plus additive technology, are designed for extended coolant maintenance programs.
