KLLM Transport Services, a Jackson, Miss.-based temperature-controlled truckload carrier, received the 2014 Co-Carrier of the Year Award from Kraft Foods Group Inc. at the group’s annual Carrier Conference held in Rosemont, Ill.

Kraft Foods presented the award to KLLM Chairman Jack Liles. Key criteria for KLLM’s selection included recognition of KLLM’s top management commitment and participation in one or more of Kraft’s Captaincy programs, as well as KLLM’s innovation, high level of service, flexibility and seamless integration of a major truckload acquisition.

KLLM participates in Captaincy single-source programs for Kraft out of their facilities in Joliet, Ill. and Coshocton, Ohio.
