Omnitracs names new chief customer officer

Omnitracs, LLC has appointed Pam Marion as chief customer officer.

In this role, the company says Marion will lead the customer success and support organization and will oversee all customer initiatives including migrations and implementations, support and technical operations, as well as other large programs.

Prior to joining Omnitracs, Marion served as chief customer success officer for Domo. In this role, she increased renewals to record levels while significantly enhancing customer and employee engagement. Before Domo, Marion spent 12 years with SAP as chief of staff and senior vice president of strategic programs and customer experience for SAP SuccessFactors. Earlier in her career, Marion worked for other technology companies, including Kronos and Ultimate Software.

She is a graduate of High Point University and holds a bachelor of science degree in business and economics.
