TODCO, a manufacturer of overhead truck doors, created "TODCO Partners," an online program allowing its customers to check their order status at any time.

Designed for truck body and trailer manufacturers and distributors, TODCO Partners compliments just-in-time ordering by allowing its customers with real-time status reports of their orders.

“With TODCO Partners, our customers know exactly where their order stands in the build process,” said Scott Blackford, vice president of sales and marketing. “Once the customer’s order has shipped, we provide carrier information and PRO number. At that point, the order invoice is also available online through TODCO Partners.”

The process helps OEMs and distributors better manage their production processes with greater efficiency, and avoid costly inventory expenses, the company said.

TODCO customers may register for the free service at its Web site, http://www.todcopartners.com/. The Web site is password protected, with built-in confidentiality, the company said. No one other than TODCO Partners has access to their specific order information.

For more information, go to http://www.todco.com/.
