Alliance Truck Parts now offers radiator replacements for all makes of medium- and heavy-duty trucks and buses. The new replacement radiators meet or exceed OEM specifications and are completely cycle and leak tested to ensure consistent product quality, the maker said.
Daniel Haggerty, director of parts marketing for Daimler Trucks North America, said, “Our radiators are all new construction, not re-cores or refurbished. And, they’re engineered to be truly ‘drop-in-and-go,’ helping to keep trucks on the road and productive for their owners.”
According to the company, Alliance radiators are fabricated in North America of all aluminum, improving thermal transfer and overall durability from the typical plastic tank/aluminum core replacement. The aluminum tank weighs less and eliminates crimping and other failures common with plastic tank models. Rubber insulators are designed to fit the original frame specifications and OE-style clevis pins are used to allow necessary thermal expansion and movement within the frame. Interior tubing is high frequency welded for seamless strength and added durability, the maker added.
“Our radiator offering is the first full line developed under our new Alliance Truck Parts brand identity,” Haggerty said. “With our renewed focus on supplying the right mix of quality and affordable truck parts, we’re offering our customers real value in every part we sell.”
Alliance Truck Parts radiators are available now for Chevrolet/GMC, Ford, Freightliner, International, Kenworth, Mack, Peterbilt, Sterling, Volvo, Western Star, White and other class 6-8 trucks and buses. Unlike re-core products, all carry a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty, and are all pre-tested to OEM specifications for fit as well as performance, according to the company.
