Decisiv Inc. announced a new integration with FleetNet America, a provider of maintenance management and roadside assistance services.
The new partnership will enable Decisiv fleet customers to schedule and manage service events through the FleetNet Roadside and TMcare programs, according to the company.
“Joint customers of Decisiv and FleetNet America will benefit from an API that will allow the companies to interact and share maintenance event data seamlessly and bi-directionally,” said Bryan Johnson, vice president of roadside and IT operations at FleetNet America. “The integration enhances the collaboration and communications capabilities of both platforms and extends and complements our existing provider and fleet relationships.”
FleetNet America’s emergency roadside service provides access to a nationwide towing network and its TMcare program offers a dedicated maintenance team to help manage maintenance and repair events, according to the company.
