RTI releases new portable nitrogen tire filling machine

The new NitroPro NTF-230 nitrogen tire inflation system is a multi-tire, automatic-fill nitrogen generator designed for shops adding simultaneous 4-tire nitrogen inflation to their list of services. It is factory set at 95% purity generation and can be set up to 98%.

RTI Technologies Co. announced its NitroPro NTF-230 nitrogen tire inflation system is now available for delivery. The NTF-230 is a multi-tire, automatic-fill nitrogen generator that is perfect for shops adding simultaneous 4-tire nitrogen inflation to their list of services, the company said.

According to RTI, the major benefits for the service shop include:

• The NTF-230 uses RTI’s robust NitroPRO membrane technology so there are no delicate moving parts or fragile carbon towers needed to generate nitrogen.
• The NTF-230 is factory set at 95% purity generation and can be set up to 98%.
• It provides fast nitrogen inflation times from start to finish and provides consistent nitrogen purity generation over the life of the membrane.
• With no moving nitrogen generation parts, the NTF-230 is reliable and equipment maintenance is fast and easy.
• The compact 24-in. x 24-in. footprint and 46.5-in. overall unit height translates into increased portability and more usable shop space.
• 5-year warranty on the large bore NitroPro nitrogen-generating membrane is standard.

“The NitroPro NTF-230 is the perfect choice for shops just beginning their nitrogen tire inflation service offering,” said Kelvin Butz, vice president of marketing and technical support for RTI. “It is simple to use, easy to maintain and is a proven design for shop environments. We aggressively priced the NTF-230 to compete with other brands utilizing less-reliable nitrogen generating technology in their products.”
