ACT Expo is busy: Thousands of attendees, a host of exhibitors from tried-and-true truck OEMs to electrification newcomers. Hydrogen hype is growing. Most importantly, real conversations about how the industry is moving toward a zero-emissions future are happening on every corner of the show floor. This isn’t a “wouldn’t it be nice?” vibe. Decarbonization is happening. Battery electric, hydrogen fuel cell and yes, even diesel, are all playing a role.
While I pound through another day of press events and interview meetings on the show floor, scroll through the sights of the show, and don’t forget to check out our day one live blog if you missed it yesterday.
(Note: At the top of the story is a shot of the Peterbilt Model 597EV. Peterbilt had its range of battery electric vehicles on display, and Peterbilt General Manager and PACCAR Vice President Jason Skoog gave a keynote address yesterday during the show.)
